ORDER PROCESS

After your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation mail with your order details. For orders placed before 15:00 (CET), we aim to process the order the same working day. Orders placed after 15:00 (CET), will be processed the next business day. During sale periods and new releases, there may be a slightly longer processing time. Once shipped you will receive tracking information to track the shipment. Please make sure the shipping address is correct, if there are any mistakes these costs will be for the customer. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
